Two weeks ago, a snow storm hit the northeast, dumping 16 – 20 inches of snow in the DC area. The snow was still on the ground when we arrived to visit my sister, who lives outside the district.

These photos were taken along Interstate 95 and Highway 17 from Richmond to northern Virginia.
