Two new notebooks

I’m made my final decision on two notebooks: Toshiba satellite U400 and HP dv4t. The Toshiba is $979 and the HP is $989. Memory is not an option as my mac has 4GB of memory and i’ll switch the memory of the new notebook and the mac. The Toshiba has an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2Ghz, 2GB of memory, 120GB hard drive, 13.3 inch display, Vista Home premium, and weights at 4.5 pounds. The HP has 2.2GHZ, 3GB memory, 250GB hard drive, 14.1 inch display, Vista Home Premium, and weights at 4.8 pounds. Both have 802.11 a/b/g/n and bluetooth. I’m really going towards the HP because it wieghts the same as my mac an I get a bigger display. Best Buy has a display model of the Toshiba at the store in Destin, FL and Baton Rouge, LA and both times I can hear the hard drive spin through the speakers. The model at Circuit City was a little better. Even though I like the HP, the Toshiba has more software to control the computer, like slow down the computer when it’s on a battery. What do you think?

P.S. I just reformat my mac and I didn’t install the blogging software I normally use. So if there’s any mis-spelling of words or inproper grammar, I’m sorry.
